East and West Cottages<\/strong> are two delightful traditional stone built Dales cottages situated right next door to each other.Both cottages are lovingly maintained to create a warm, cosy and homely experience for our guests. They are very comfortable and tastefully decorated, \u201ca real home from home\u201d experience.<\/p>\n

East Cottage<\/strong><\/p>\n

East Cottage offers a cottage full of Dales character with beamed ceilings and original features, combined with modern convenience and comfort.<\/p>\n

Cosy Dales Cottages, sleeping 2\/4 people.<\/strong><\/p>\n

East Cottage has a large lounge with dining area, polished antiques and a comfy recliner sofa and chairs.<\/p>\n

A cosy open fire acts as the centre piece for the living area. (Ideal for just relaxing after a long walk.)<\/p>\n

A complimentary starter \/ welcome fuel pack for the open fire is provided.<\/p>\n

Heating is also provided by Oil Central Heating with Radiators throughout.<\/p>\n

Fuel oil and electric included in the price.<\/p>\n

The Cottage has a very well maintained and fully equipped Kitchen, (electric cooker, microwave, fridge\/freezer and slim line dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and within each Cottage an Electric Airer.<\/td>\n

\nLow, Medium and High Season.<\/p>\n

Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday.
\nShort breaks are usually available in Low Season.
\n(Two persons discount usually available).
\nWell behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Max of 2 dogs.<\/p>\n

East Cottage has Sky freesat TV, with a new digital TV and DVD player and has recently been fitted with Wi-Fi internet access and radio\/CD player with docking for iPhones, USB and SD cards.<\/p>\n

Two bedrooms.<\/p>\n

1 double room, (with digital tv\/dvd player).<\/p>\n

1 twin room, (with washbasin and shower).<\/p>\n

Main bathroom is upstairs,with bath, toilet and washbasin.<\/p>\n

For the convenience of our guests, in East cottage and as with all our cottages, we provide the linen, towels, tea towels. (No extra rentals, added to the price.)<\/p>\n

The patio\/seating area for East Cottage can be found down the stone steps leading from our private off street parking, courtyard area.<\/p>\n

Enjoy a tranquil setting down by our seating area next to Thwaite`s stream and waterfall.<\/p>\n

A little haven for both East and West Cottages.<\/p>\n

(You maybe lucky and see some ducks or even trout.)<\/p>\n

1 or 2 well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

Non smoking.<\/p>\n

All our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected, prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n
